Summer 2016
Christine Lee is an interdisciplinary research artist, furniture maker and designer with a creative practice characterized by an objective to reveal the latent potential of disregarded material. Since the fall of 2010 Lee has been working with engineer John F. Hunt of the USDA Forest Service Forest Products Laboratory, on a non-toxic composite wood substrate which could potentially be used in interior functional and structural applications.
