OCAC Alums Win Surface Design Association Outstanding Student Award
OCAC alumni Úna Rose (BFA '16) and Phoenix MacNamara (MFA AC+D '16) have been awarded the 2016 Outstanding Student Award by Surface Design Assocication (SDA). The Outstanding Student Award is presented each year to a student enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program at a college or university with a fiber, fashion or costume design department.
The recipient of the award receives a certificate and a one-year membership to SDA, and a photo of the recipient’s work is displayed in the SDA website gallery.
The MFA in Applied Craft + Design Program is a joint program offered through the Oregon College of Art and Craft and the Pacific Northwest College of Art.
